Our Aims

At Citizens Advice Middlesbrough we have two aims:

  1. Give advice to people for the problems that they face
  2. Improve the policies and practices that affect people's lives.

We help many clients with a range of problems including benefits, debt, relationships, housing and immigration.

Volunteers are the lifeblood of our service in Middlesbrough and they make a huge and valuable
contribution to the local community, providing information, advice and guidance to
clients when they need it most.
