01642 802282: A member of staff from Middlesbrough CAB will take your contact details and arrange for an adviser to ring you back.

0344 499 4110: This is a national number and your call may be answered by Middlesbrough CAB or by an office elsewhere in the country. Our Middlesbrough advisers are on the line: Monday to Friday, 10.00am - 1.00pm.

If you need help making a claim for Universal Credit there is a separate number:
